Today I am joined by Stefan Schwab, CEO of Enlighted.
He began his professional journey with Siemens in 2006, where he developed a rich blend of expertise and leadership skills. In 2018, he became CEO of Enlighted, a Siemens company, that integrates cognitive environmental IoT sensors and lighting controls connecting to intelligent workplace experience apps, offering a scalable, interoperable solution to address a spectrum of building, space, and productivity needs. In his role at Enlighted, Stefan guides the long-term strategy and innovation contributing to the greening of infrastructure and instrumental in forging a sustainable bath forward in the face of escalating climate change challenges.
Stefan was recognized for his leadership by IoT Breakthrough, who named him 2021 IoT Company CEO of the Year. Born in Germany, Stefan is a graduate of the University of Augsburg, and he earned an executive MBA from ESMT Berlin. An experienced business executive with a global track record, Stefan previously held positions within Siemens leading teams in Germany, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.
