Maximilian Winter is the founder & CEO of Neue Fund. He is a fourth-generation entrepreneur and investor with 30+ portfolio companies across life sciences, healthcare, and deep tech in his venture capital investment vehicle Neue Fund. He is on the board of his family’s manufacturing enterprise, Fritz Winter Iron Foundry, one of the largest independent automotive foundries in the world. He is also a former Wall Street investment banker. He has had a last-minute flight issue so Krish Ramadurai, Principal at Neue Fund will be filling in for him.

Greg Shepherd is the founder of BOSS Capital Partners. He is an active investor, a serial entrepreneur and a TEDx speaker. Two of his former companies were acquired by eBay for over $900M. He has won the Tech Deal of the Year Over $250 million, Private Equity Deal of the Year Over $500 million to $1 billion and Cross Border Deal of the Year Over $500 million to $1 billion to name a few. He is also the author of “Meet the BOSS – The Agile Playbook for Startups”

Sergey Young is the founder of the $100M Longevity Vision Fund. He made his name delivering above-average returns as an investor and fund manager with over $2 billion in AUM. Sergey’s investment experience in human longevity, digital healthcare, online education, and real estate technologies spans over 20 years, making him one of the most qualified experts in this field. Sergey went on to co-found the NY-based Peak State Ventures fund in 2016, followed by his current fund. He is also the Development Sponsor of Longevity XPRIZE and Innovation Board Member at XPRIZE Foundation.

Alex Fair, MS is the Founder and CEO of MedStartr. He is a trained scientist, working in physics, then cancer and finally in heart disease research. He is a serial entrepreneur with startups such as Expert-Med, Scanbuy.com, FairCareMD.com, MPADS.com, Dr1st.org and others.

Harpreet Singh Rai is the CEO of Oura and a member of its board. ŌURA is a Series B startup that has raised a total of $76.5M in funding. Under his leadership, Oura has grown to a team of over 150 employees and has launched its generation 2 ring, shipping over 250,000 units to 98 different countries to organizations such as NBA, WNBA, NASCAR, and many others. Before Oura, he was a portfolio manager at Eminence Capital. He began his career in Morgan Stanley’s merger and acquisitions group. Harpreet studied electrical engineering at the University of Michigan.
