Interview with Nick Dyner, CEO of Moleaer

Today I am joined by Nick Dyner CEO, Moleaer.

Moleaer is a global leader in nanobubble technology with a mission to unlock the power of water to do more with less. Moleaer’s leading-edge products provide clients a cost-effective, chemical-free solution proven to increase sustainable food production, reduce the use of chemicals, restore aquatic ecosystems, and improve natural resource recovery.

Founded in 2017, Moleaer launched its first nanobubble generator and began commercializing its technology from the City of Carson, California. Under Dyner’s leadership, the company has pioneered nanobubble technology at industrial scale, emerging as a category creator and leader in a multi-billion-dollar market. Today, the company has over 1,500 installations in more than 30 countries, treating more than 400 million gallons of water per day in agriculture, aquaculture, surface water, and wastewater.

Prior to Moleaer, Dyner served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Heartland Technology Partners, LLC. He also led the global sales and marketing efforts at LG Chem Water Solutions and served as the company’s Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing after the company acquired NanoH2O. LG Chem’s acquisition of NanoH2O is among the largest water company acquisitions to date. Before joining LG Chem, Dyner spearheaded the business development activities at Water Standard. For nearly three years, he served as a global product manager at GE Water & Process Technologies.

Dyner received extensive business training through the two-year GE Water & Process Technologies commercial leadership program and is a Six Sigma Black Belt certificate holder. He earned a bachelor’s degree in History and Economics from Cornell University.
