Sonya Denton is a communications and media professional who spent over a decade as a reporter and news anchor for two major Canadian broadcasters. In 2019, she founded weDstll (we-distill), a mobile platform which will connect like-minded people and green beauty brands so they can help each other achieve their goals. Sonya knows that contextual storytelling is what drives people to connect and support one another. She loves using the power of media, tech and design to create emotional experiences that transcends cultures.
Sonya holds a BA in Television and Radio Broadcasting from Ryerson University and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto.
