Today I am joined by David Snider is the Founder & CEO of Harness Wealth, an early stage consumer WealthTech company dedicated to helping clients effectively unlock financial opportunity to achieve their best financial future through a holistic and personalized approach. Harness Wealth has raised $4.1 million and investors include Bain Capital, First Minute Capital, Sinai, L2 Ventures, Torch Capital, Red Swan and Marc Benioff’s Family Office. Its advisory team includes former IRS Commissioner John Koskinen and Maliz Beams, Former CEO of Voya Financial Retirement Services, one of the largest U.S. retirement investment platforms.

Harness Wealth provides clients with a unified data platform that enables them to manage their financial picture. It then pairs them with a highly curated set of top tax, financial and legal advisers, and power those ongoing relationship with our proprietary technology. Harness Wealth has paired hundreds of clients with advisers and have seen over $1.2B in assets registered on their platform. Their clients have between 250K and $20M in investable assets, with the average client size being $1.5M.

David incubated Harness Wealth as an executive-in-residence at Bain Capital Ventures. Previously he served as COO & CFO of Compass, a real estate tech company that he helped grow from pre-launch to a valuation of $1.8 billion. David was an investor at Bain Capital private equity, where he completed investments worth over $3 billion as well as the IPO of Sensata on the NYSE. He is the author of Money Makers: Inside the New World of Finance and Business published by Macmillan. David received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Duke University.
